The GHS Weight Room is used year round by many Cardinal athletes,, Girls and Boys, JV and Varsity as well as gym classes during the school day. This new equipment will allow the GHS staff to train our student athletes with state of the art, much safer, modern equipment. This equipment will appeal to even more sports team while providing a safer weight training environment.
